A general state
of health, well-being and generally achieved through
correct nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical activity, exercise and rest. It is a set of attributes or
characteristics seen in people and which relate to the ability to perform a
given set of physical activities.
For some tips and
knowledge about having a healthy and fit body. First, I would like to share

2. Healthy Diet - quit eating junk food and high-fat fast food. Replace them with healthy foods: lots of
fruits, vegetables, fish, nuts, olive oil - what we call the Mediterranean
diet. Eat like an Italian, a Spaniard, and a Greek!
3. Weight Loss - when you take in more calories than you burn, you get fat.
You've got to eat less. You've got to exercise more. You've got to push
yourself to make these lifestyle changes.
4. Confidence - respect yourself, no matter what body type you are. When
you're looking in the mirror, focus on your good features, give yourself some
compliments. If you respect yourself and your body, you are less likely to
engage in unhealthy activities.
In conclusion, in
terms of having a healthy and fit body. You must respect and love yourself, So
you can achieve what you're goal is. You must have a discipline in terms of
eating. Healthy food and balance diet is a must!
